WEDDING VIDEO BOOKING

Please read through the following contract carefully, fill in where indicated, sign and return to us with deposit as soon as possible.
*NB THIS BOOKING WILL BE CONSIDERED TENTATIVE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS PAID.
This deposit is not refundable.
I/We the undersigned, hereby confirm that Mr D Nussbaum (Video memory makers) is to record on DIGITAL video, the undermentioned function, subject to the following terms and conditions:-

	" DVD" Package
1. The total cost of the video, including 2 DVDs (in Jhb. Area) will be	7000-00
2. A deposit is payable in advance to secure this booking	1000-00
3. The balance is payable prior to arrival at your function (* see banking details below)	6000-00
4. The cost of additional DVD copies is R200.00.
5. The time spent at the above function will be no longer than, 7 hours, starting ½ to 1½ hours before the ceremony (where applicable). Additional time will be charged for at the rate of R500.00 per hour.
6. While every effort will be made by Mr Nussbaum to prevent any mishap from occurring due to malfunction of the equipment or any other cause whatsoever, he can in no way be held responsible.

PLEASE MAKE A NOTE TO REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING POINTS
1. Please arrange to have one seat reserved within sight of the main table for the videographer at the reception.
2. Approx. 25 photos, an invitation and 3 pieces of appropriate music are required at least 1 week before the function for the introduction to the video. NO MORE THAN 25 PHOTOS PLEASE!
NB: TO PREVENT DAMAGE OR LOSS, DO NOT POST YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS. PHOTOS MUST BE NUMBERED IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER.
3. As a courtesy, please obtain the permission of the relevant official (Minister, Rabbi, Priest etc) for the video to be taken.
4. We suggest that you have at least one extra copy made for viewing. Most clients order 3 copies (l for bridal couple and l each for both sets of parents).
